Lael is currently the Public Information Officer for the Santa Barbara County Department of Public Works and a past president for CAPIO.

Julia McHugh is the owner of Julia McHugh PR and has taught public relations courses at Santa Barbara City College. She also serves as the Accreditation chair for the California Gold Coast Chapter of PRSA.
